Description Yup, ball point pen

I actually drew this years ago, a character from a project I'm working on...

Ooh! Oooooooh! I LOVE this coloring technique, using a color and its opposite! Works great with colored pencils, too!

You mean complementary?

In this case, near-complementary; I find the near-complementary color works better.

LOL, I hated that class... I learned that stuff later

Actually, I hated school in general. Where did you go?

Indiana. I had great teachers, just wasn't great with remembering the terms.

wow you are something else using a ball point pen. Did you do a pencil drawing first or did you just go in raw.

This was directly in pen, the construction was done lightly and there's nothing difficult going on here, it was pretty straight forward. Pencil and ballpoint doesn't work for me, the graphite gets in the way, erasers change the surface of the paper.

Thanks!
