Love the two different lights & the depth field 
I have trouble with Iray and getting colored lights. Do you have a suggestion where I can read more about Iray and colored lights?

It is indeed! It is set via the shaders actually. What exactly do you wish to know?

Someone just told me that using images for emission (color I think) didn't work well in Iray (too grainy and bad performance). While it turns out that isn't relevant to what I want to do, I immediately thought, "Damn, no candles or fire lights then."
I'm curious as to where the maps are hooked up and how they work with the emission settings.

Ahhhhh okay, well, I did not have trouble with the maps. I applied my shader but kept the original maps, I must say though that my fire light mesh / maps came out very very bright in the original render. So the light it produced was great but the fire itself looked to bright, so I ostworked it to look more natural again. I love however how the light looks like though, very realistic and natural.
So basically my fire had a fire picture as the diffuse setting and no texture for the emission color, also in this case I only changed the light temperature (Luminance) I think... I´d have to check for that.
