For the sketch_dailies topic on twitter. Went with a pretty generic dinosaur, but messed around with the idea of if the mass extinction never happened, maaaaybe mammals would have evolved into super smart tree-dwelling monkeys with spears who captured baby dinos to raise them as war-steeds!?Totally would have happened.

This is pretty rad. Nice work! Have you seen Dawn of the Planet of the Apes? Never before have I seen a movie jump the shark so dramatically right around the mid-way point - but in the best way possible! The first half is like a normal movie about character development and whatnot and then all of a sudden there's this hoard of angry ass monkeys charging the grubby remnants of humanity's compound on horseback with machineguns! So frickin awesome.

I love the idea of Raptor riding monkeys. Β That's just an amazing idea and I really hope that there's an alternate dimension somewhere that that's happening right now.
