Oh wow, I LOVE this!!   I adore how you've subtly blending the face and scene into the clouds; how the eye is slowly guided from the ship in the water, upwards to get the story. !!!

Man I struggle with contrasting tints and tones when it comes to color.

This is an amazing example of contrast with color. Its quiet inspirational on how you use your values with hue. Just gana stare at it fore a very long time. o.o
