We could say that she's still a young dragonkin (which usuallu live several hundred years) so her wings are still not grown enough.

You will never stop to surprise me, art after art I'm being amazed by your ideas and your technique. This one is brilliant, and if you will ever consider making another pic of her, I have small suggestion: try to make her face look more lizardlike (no nose, a little elongated skull etc.), also the horn seems a little bit out of place, maybe make two horns on sides of her skull, pointing backwards, instead of one big on forehead. No offense though, the pic is great, never seen better dragon girl actually, I'm just giving you some tips and ideas, and I sincerely hope you will draw more pieces like this one

Haha, to be honest, I didn't really planned to do a "dragon girl" from the start, it was just some random chick and "oh let's add a big horn" and "ok, wings and claws" and then "lava ? why not ?" so you're right, conceptually speaking there some things you could call out of place ^^ (we can also say it was a unicorn dragon
