UPD. Size is 3500x2400px. I was doing it for t-shirt so you may scale it for a4 size or what size you want. Or you may trace the picture in vector and make it looks better, because, unfortunately, quality is not the best for big size print.File format .PNG

Don't know about the font.
For damaged t-shirt you may just wash it 2 or 3 times i think and it will be look like in the movie)
