Description
I've noticed a lot of theories point toward this character being in metroid prime 4, so I became interested, and learned everything I could about him.
I soon came to realize that there really wasn't much to know, origin unknown, race unknown, history unknown, except for a very few small things: he stole federation armor and evidently got an upgrade on it, he uses an illegal electrical beam, and has a strong hatred for samus and the federation. So, looking at the prime hunters version of him, I thought the design was lacking, and I decided I would have fun redesigning him! This is my first redesign, I definitely will continue in the future as well, continually developing the look.
Although it's not much, I think the concept has tons of potential, and I'm curious to see if developers expound on the character.
