Hi, I'd like toΒ notify you of an art theft. Someone on a mobile app, called HelloPet, who stole this piece and sloppily coloured over it and claimed it as theirs. the post was uploaded at 18:32.

What a cute little Skitty. She is so precious without being disturbing, which is an impressive feat when you consider she is wearing underwear.

I do not wish for her to run around naked. It's the fact she is wearing underwear but no top that makes it impressive that she looks precious without crossing into sort of creepy territory. On deviantart, that is an accomplishment to be proud of.

That is a plus, although as a Pokemon, such things can be done without horrifying/scarring the world. It does add a cute touch that removes the feel of generic cute Pokemon drawn up for the lulz you tend to run into around here.
