n.n Ireland came before Scotland that much I know for sure from history class. I am not so sure if Whalys is before Scotland or not but occording to 'fan' records this was the order at that time. I just know Sealand is the youngest, then America, Canada, England, thought it was Scotland, Whalys, and then Ireland. I will have to look into it again though.
