I had this tattoo drawn on my hand for about a week during the summer. I got the weirdest looks from my co-workers. They totally tought it was a real tattoo.I am so happy how this tattoo came out. It was supposed to be something totally different at first, but it's a bit different drawing on skin then paper so my pen kept running off in weird directions and gave me a spontaneous design. I ended up really loving it.

nice. im curious as to how many times youve had to have that retouched. typically ink dont stay in the skin on the bottoms and side of hands or feet. neat ass tat though

plus it was holding well coz I used permanent marker.

My office was pretty cold due to too much airconditioning, so my palm didn't sweat. Plus I was doing computer work. The only time it would fade was when I washed my hands. I think I retouched it maybe only twice within the whole week. It was looking more and more real as it was fading.

ok i was under the impression it was a real tattoo. ive seen them done. we've done a few in our shop. though rarely does it stick for any real length of time

Oh I would never put it there. It was just easy to draw.
In the meantime I decided to pierce my ears instead of the tattoo. So I don't think I'll ever get a tattoo anymore. As much as I love them the whole permanent issue stops me.

Yeah I am too indecisive. I could never pick a design and stick with it for the rest of my life. That's why I like piercing. I can change the earrings as much as I want.

Its a trinity with Eres's sword through it..
it also has Eres13 written in an updated Pheonician type language..

thanks.. I was working on the design for sometime, trying to get all the elements in there.. like the rose, and sword, and one particular swirly that draw with the "pride" pics..

Haha, Thanks. Hopefully it'll come out as good as it looks right now. I'm getting the outline done in two weeks, and it'll be healed over in like 8 months xD

Im not into permanent things too .. prefer henna but its hard to get a good quality henna around here... everyone is trying to sell you crap

Henna is too thick and most of the ones I have seen were all brownish. I haven't seen anything black. But maybe I should do some research on that. Thanks for the idea.

Thats the thing that im talking about ... bad quality henna gives bad results ( brownish for instance..) my last went gray....

I always did that sort of stuff back in high school. One day in class I was bored and had a box of crayola markers, and gave myself a sleeve from wrist to as far up my arm as I could see.

I did that in elementary once. I did this wicked tattoo that combined thorns and a really gross cut. It looked so real that when I went to gym class and my teacher saw it she sent me to the nurse's office. She totally freaked out. I wish I could've taken a picture of that.

I'd like to freak out my family once and have a 'tattoo' on my arm.. see if they do anything. Then wash it off.

Do a design with permament marker, then wash it off a little bit and draw over it again. It gives it that look as if the ink is under your skin.

The plan would be I'd go to a friends house the night before and then when I came home my parents would freak.. since they wouldn't know.. then go to Christmas eve that night and freak out the family.
