Beacon Hill, which dates back to the Colonial Period in US history, is one of the oldest, and wealthiest neighborhoods in Boston.  Acorn Street is actually a "private street" and one of the most photographed streets in the US. 

Lots of wedding photo shoots are done on Acorn Street, and I know it drives the rather "stuffy" residents crazy.  While there, I wondered what would have happened if I has called a pizza delivery place and had them deliver a pizza to one of the houses . . .???

Love the look of the trees against the brick. But what's most impressive is the American pride of the homeowners! It's all freshly painted and clean. I'm guessing.... that's not just for you , but a constant!

You mentioned the trees against the brick buildings.  That was because I had to aim low, because the sky was a yucky, pale white.
As for the houses, the Boston guide book talks about the residents of this one block long street.  I think there are only 20 houses on the street.  The best passage of the piece on Acorn St is the mention of the homeowner of 5 Acorn St.  Apparently, he has a reputation for being a bit of a prick!   My pizza prank would have involved his house.   Somehow, I don't think they have too many Trick-or Treaters on Acorn Street!  
I'm sure that the deeds of those homes have a list of restrictive covenants as long as your arm!

My guess is the guy @ 5 Acorn is sitting outside his front door, just in case!
