It seems like Rina has found herself as the latest victim of Keata's pranks. You know something's up when your top suddenly gets tighter.

Keata: *Giggles* Your going to have more fans than you'll know what to do with. X3

I made this pic to show off some of Keata's powers.
First is her ability to turn into a Will-O-Wisp. While she's in this form she becomes intangible and can pass through walls. However, if she gets splashed with water while in this form, not only does she revert back to flesh and blood, she gets, shall we say, "puffy."
Second is her transformation magic that can change a person's size/sizes, species and/or gender. However, her magic isn't very strong, so it'll wear off after a few hours and her victim will change back to the way they were before.
