She's a sassy and energetic little Keronian who loves to party all day and all night. She's also a weather magnet who's surrounded by a light to moderate air current that spins around her. Make her mad, and her eyes glow blue, storms materialize, and a powerful vortex of wind spins and surrounds her to defend enemies.
She can help out with the droughts though!
