This is Quengler.

Quengler came to exist because I wanted to use hydreigon because it can learn surf and fly. I HATE Ducklett with a passion and was sick of seeing it on my team, so i figured i'd train hydreigon because it's so dumb looking it kind of becomes awesome again. i imagine it as the fat awkward nerd of the pseudolegendary family. that's why it wears all black and listens to Depeche Mode, and works in an office as a software engineer.
