"I ran for what seemed like days, until my implants glowed with an unbearable heat and steam rolled off my body. No matter how much I screamed from the pain they made me run. To them I was expendable, something less than human." -Tsukiko

This took me SO MUCH LONGER than it should have. BUT IT LOOKS SO GOOD.

Just a little insight into Tsukiko's story and the world it it takes place in now.

Somewhere in the early 21st century humans developed the first true AI, and inevitably afterwards created machines that contained AI, these machines were known as Machina. In the year 2200 an event occurred that would be known as the Uprising, almost simultaneously all Machina rebelled against humanity's slave-like hold. Humanity was greatly outnumbered and lost a large percentage of it's population. in the following years a vast amount of survivors built a large walled city known as Central. From here they established an overruling government that regrouped and organised human society.

Under Central's rule all Machina were outlawed and ordered to be exterminated with extreme prejudice. Civil order was achieved under a tyrannical system of oppression. Those that refused to live under Central's authority escaped and formed various villages beyond Central's influence. Many of these villages made contact with Machina and established equality and peace within the villages. These villages however were not completely safe from attacks from both Machina and Central, attacks from rogue Machina were easily repelled. However if Central ever discovered such a village they would destroy or capture all the inhabitants (Both Machina and human).

Year: 2244; Tsukiko lived in a village that had friendly relations with peaceful Machina. When her village was discovered by Central it was razed to the ground and most of it's inhabitants were killed. However Tsukiko was captured and brought to Central. There she was used for human experimentation for controlling Machina. She was implanted with devices that allowed her to connect with any machine and control it as if it were her own body. She was put through countless cruel and deadly trials that tested her abilities, ranging from seemingly endless endurance runs to pit fights with Machina and even other test subjects.

*EDIT:
I'm going to have to change her hairstyle a bit Mostly her bangs... as I realize now it's wayyy too similar to Ryuko's from Kill la Kill. ;^; There are subtle differences between the two but her colored strand on her bangs is a bit too much and there are a lot of people mistaking her for Ryuko and that's not good. ;3;

**EDIT:
Changed her hairstyle slightly so there *hopefully* won't be confusions in the future when I draw her with red hair. QwQ As her hair does change color.
