That so hard to make the color of that picture. I make 3 version of that I think this version is very good for me.
I create by vector ( Illustrator and Photoshop ).

I like how you did your shadow and line work for this piece. The thicker lines and more prominant fill-ins give the character a very pulpy, comic-book feel. Very appropriate for a female officer of the law, I think.
