He's the dad of the MC ^^ but with one of that manga's message being 'humans are more despicable than demons even' (and that is referring to his son who isn't even half the schemer his dad used to be) I am not entirely sure how to answer XD

Well he has the last name of his mother ------ and his father has a different one and when talking about the phantomhive ring, The little twin mentions that it saw his grandfather's death - so it had to have been on Claudia's husband's hand a time one point.
It's called Yana's art style as far as optics are concerned.
Sebastian is confirmed to be responsible for a plague outbreak 500 years ago, Vincent has a confirmed birth date that makes him 30something at his death.
Both solid canon pieces which make the notion of him being Sebastian impossible. A contradiction of that magnitude is all it takes to eliminate your theory.
As for him referring to Rachel as human ---- being Undertaker's son would make him half-reaper.

What I think an interesting detail is for how long Yana withheld Vincent's face from us :3 it took the manga forever to post a clear image of him :3 it does make me wonder if there's a reason for it ^^
