I feel like it could happen, because when I was in a Chemistry class in high school I saw the nicest, politest guy pick his nose! The worst thing about it though was that he went and stuck his hand in my friends chip bag immediately after, while she was gone, and she wouldn't have known unless I had not told her. So it is definitely possible.
I think what makes it so disturbing besides the obvious, is that the girl just looks her in the eye, knowing that she's watching her, and eats it!

He did wait until most of the others were gone getting supplies for a chemistry experiment, but he did not even look around to see that I was still sitting there. And the way the desks were set up we could just look up and be able to see each others face without having to move. The desks were long science lab desks so the teacher had them form a square and it had 4 extra desks in the middle.
I sat at purple dot and he sat at the red one. He faced up ^, and I faced to the right >
So it wasn't hard to see him do it. I think he thought I wasn't paying attention.
