Because I haven't been drawing them much lately... or, at all for that matter. I'd doodled them before, but I was never really sure of their designs up until now; there's just so much fanart of these precious cinnamon rolls that I was very confused on what would be the best way to do their outfits.Sans was especially hard, because I haven't seen many people- barely any people for that matter, draw him as tall as I do. I tried to stick with the in-game proportions, but the biggest struggle was on how to draw his pants. The only time I've seen Sans wear anything but shorts was when I was looking at Dancetale pictures, but other than that, everyone draws him with shorts on. I wanted to be a bit original, so seeing as in-game his pants reach his ankles, when drawn up to full size his pants would still reach his ankles; in other words, I didn't give him shorts.
Go me, for being original!!

Papyrus' design isn't very different really, I just gave him longed gloves and higher boots. I was speculating on whether I should leave his eye sockets dark, seeing as they're just black dots in the game, or draw pupils like I do with Sans. In the end he looked better without, so I left him like he is. Look at his precious face!!

Finally! Someone sees Sans with pants! I thought I had been the only one because when my brother and I went to Tekko, all the other Sans-cosplayers had shorts and I was there with face paint instead of a mask (my mom did a good job with the face paint even though it killed her hands) and pants.

The proportions are not the ones in-game, and since Sans' pants in-game come down to his ankles in length I decided to stick with that. I think it looks neat.

Thanks! It kind of looked a little weird since I have long hair for a boy and we never got a bald cap or just cut my hair, but Tekko is in Pittsburgh at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. It's in April from the 7th to 10th.

I think it's the biggest anime convention in Pittsburgh, but I'll be cosplaying as Shintaro Kisaragi from the Kagerou Project and someone else next year!

You don't need to cut off your hair to cosplay as Sans, you know. Unless you're one of those super-dedicated-ambitious cosplayers, just covering your head with a hoodie will do.

I could've put up my hood, I just never thought about it for some reason. Although, there were some other things to do, I think there was some DnD, video games, and people sleeping at random places every once in a while. Also, I like having long hair, too. I'm not sure why, I just do. One of the most popular cosplays there was definitely Rose Quartz (SU), there were at least 8 people cosplaying her, second was probably any Undertale character, then DBZ. It's kind of funny thinking about it now because I'm pretty sure I saw more Steven Universe cosplays than anything else. I didn't know it was that popular!!! My friends and I agreed that whoever had the most original cosplay won nothing, it wasn't very worth it to win, but my brother and I lost almost instantly, we were Sans and Papyrus, sooooooo......

Yes, Steven Universe is very popular. I've watched a couple episodes and didn't really like it, but I know just how popular it is.

Oh that, the challenge, I must of forgotten to explain it. Basically, our challenge was to see who had the most original cosplay. When we someone that was cosplaying as the same character as you, then you were out, and since Sans and Papyrus were everywhere, my brother and I were out kind of quickly, since we were both Sans and Papyrus. The second day, I was Jimmy Kudo (or Shinichi Kudo, if you aren't me and don't read the english manga where everyone has Americanized names), and no one else there was cosplaying Kudo, so I would have been among that winning thing. The judges were us and our eyes, my friends were Shulk, Little Mac, and Trunks (the child version of Future Trunks, not the usual timeline, but android destroyed one), and we didn't see anyone cosplaying as any of them or that specific Trunks. I hope that makes our little challenge thing a little more clear! And we all are Undertale fans, so they didn't say that we were out because we were cosplaying as Sans and Papyrus, I kind of exaggerated a bit there, there was just so much Undertale there! I started a little dance party too, that was fucking worth it, and they started dancing!!!

I wish it would've been a dance routine, but it was more of just casual dancing, nothing really special, but that would've been really cool! And my friend just put on Megalovania, so it's not like anyone had planned it, and that's not exactly something people would dance to.

It does, I have an entire playlist on my laptop with JUST Megalovania remixes. It's about 3 hours and my friends probably like that playlist the most even though my one playlist with songs from Japan is about 6 hours or something. And we're all anime fans too! I may be the Sans of our group-thing we have going on there, but that doesn't stop me from being a giant nerd!

Sans Gaster blaster is adorable as well hiding behind sans, I can imagine them acting as pets around the house.

Of course it is, we all know Papyrus is the absolutely most precious little cinnamon bun-bun roll in the world. He's so lovable it's unnatural!!
The Gaster Blaster isn't as much hiding from something as it is creeping around the two. My depiction of a Gaster blaster is a ferocious territorial animal, that acts like a guard dog to its owner whenever it is summoned. Magic types are inherited through family, so a blaster can recognize monsters of the same type; hence why Sans' blaster never attacks Papyrus. It recognizes him as a friend and would only turn defensive if Sans ordered it to, which he would never do in a million years.
They're not pets, as it takes a lot of magical energy and concentration to maintain the blaster's physical form, but depending on its owner, it can act accordingly to their desires. Sans and Gaster are the only ones who can manifest one, because Sans takes a lot more after his father than Papyrus, but that doesn't mean Papyrus can't conjure up powerful bone attacks; he just doesn't want to hurt anyone.
The blasters sometimes acted as play buddies when they were babybones (Gaster used them to keep his boys occupied while he worked) but that was only because they had been ordered to watch over the children. Their core behavior is to be defensive, territorial, obedient and extremely ferocious should the situation require it. They aren't actual monsters, but more like attacks, since they only appear when said monster summons one, which is why their first instinct is to do exactly what they were conjured up for: attack.
Sans' blaster isn't there for the cuteness factor; on the contrary, I tried to give it very strongly defined features, so it would be intimidating if anything. It doesn't have any particular purpose, it's just there to create a comparison between the brothers' magic abilities: Papyrus with his bone attacks and Sans with his Gaster Blaster.
It was definitely not supposed to be adorable, it just so happens that you see it that way. Technically speaking though, the blaster could take any shape, since we've seen during both their battles that their attacks can modify if they want them to.
In Papyrus' fight, he uses blue and white bones in all shapes and sizes, and in his last attack we see that giant bone that goes all the way across the screen. If he was capable of summoning a blaster it would definitely look friendlier, since the cinnamon roll wouldn't want to scare anybody.
In Sans' fight, the blasters take different sizes according to his attacks; there's the beginning attacks, where they get smaller the more they are, the attacks where they jump up around the screen, and the very final attack where they rotate in a circle. They're able to change in appearance too, but Sans just prefers having them the way they are.
I could go into detail about how Gaster came up with these, but I don't feel like the explanation is needed; let's just say his blasters can do all of the things above, and are substantially more powerful than Sans'.
You may see them as pets if it makes you happy, a lot of people like drawing them as such and often the depiction is really adorable, but just know that if you try to pet one of mine it it will bite your arm off and most likely blast you through the roof.

Papy. Is adorable and very sweet and kind, I can't imagine him really wanting to hurt anyone.
Since in the game he just captures you and puts you in his cage xD
He is such a sweet heart, I can see animals on the surface being very friendly with him.
Imagine a bunch of kittens cuddled up to him :3
I just see the Gaster bladders as adorable since I've seen so much art where they are doing cute things like looking after baby Papy
Or tickling a baby Sans, but I deffently see this one is meant to be not as cute
I just think things that are meant to be scary just look down right adorable

How adorable would it be if whenever Muffet looks after Papyrus she let's him sit on Cupcake who is very gentle and careful with the babybones.
I can also see her being the one that got Papyrus into his love of cooking along with Grillby.

See them as you may; that doesn't mean they will act as you expect them to.
And those big eyes that you love so much? I have no problem with it, like whatever makes you happy, but I will never understand why, or how one can manage such a thing.
I for one, am terrified of spiders. Spiders, bugs, any insects in general horrify me... I am literally scared of butterflies. Butterflies.
I can't be in the same room with a bug without getting hit by a wave of anxiety and fear, I can't talk about bugs without having my stomach turn inside out, I can't see any pictures/videos of bugs without screaming, turning pale or running out of the room. In-game spiders or insects are fine, so long as they don't look realistic in any way. I am aware it is an irrational fear to have, but there is no way I will ever get over it.
Draw it as you wish, but I will never be able to see a spider and think it's cute, no matter how big its eyes may be... it also has multiple eyes, so that is an instant no-no.

I can see why people are scared of them, I don't like them comming close to me
But I still find them beatiful part of nature, their body designs are amazing.
Bees for an example are not meant to be able to fly, but they do anyway.
Butterfly wings are waterproof and are used to help us humans create waterproof items.
Spiders help get rid of peast bugs that can make us I'll.
I just adore them, but I still fear them to a point.
Well what other kind of things do you like? I don't really like things star wars xD I can't stand it anymore I just think it's a money grabber now.
There are awesome scenes in it but it's jus boring.
I don't really like walking dead now either, gone on for to long and they run into the same old problems.
Game of thrones is what I have a problem with the most, I only like the scene with the dragons in it x3 everything else is meh and over the top for me.
Those are some of the things I really hate but the one that gets my blood rage the most is the batman v superman film and the air bender movie.....

I know that every living thing has their own purpose ad help the ecosystem in some way, but I am still gonna be terrified of them. They can help nature all they want, so long as they mind their own business I'll mind mine and we'll be just dandy.
To be honest- and this is not a joke... I haven't watched neither Star Wars, nor The Walking Dead, nor Game of Thrones. xD
Everyone talks about them like they're the planet's life source, but really I'm just not interested.
Batman vs Superman was not that bad of a movie, it just so happens that everyone is so obsessed with the comics that they freak out when the movie is not as accurate... personally, I loved that movie.
I totally agree on The Last Airbender movie though... good grief that movie is horrendous.

X3 I just don't like the superman and batman movie at all, the actal fight was far too short, the reason why they stopped fighting was stupid
Wonder woman was just thrown in and they ruined the fight with doomsday
They had like 5 or 6 movies worth of stories to tell and they shove it all into one movie because they want to catch up to marvel.
Now I love D.C I think their animated movies are awesome and just the right amount of darkness we need, why can't they put that into their live action movies.
XD sorry i just don't like that movie, the only thing I liked was batman kicking Superman ass...I. Mean come on who the he'll calls their mother by their first name before they are about to be killed.
It would been a much stronger scene if Superman was like
" no....don't.....if..you do this...he will kill my mother..."
