I liked how the other requests came out so I decided to make one of Snow as well. I plan on making one for the others too. lolI made this in photoshop.

Pretty much. It's mainly texture layers piled on top of each other with splashes of color in between. The only thing that I don't really make is the piece of paper that's in the background and that came from my roommate. XD
