Those are some skinny legs.
Drawing a background is itself worth compliment. And I don't think you did bad with it at all. It has a cohesiveness of appearance in that, even if an angle or two looks askew, binds the whole together. I know that with my own work, I draw faces better than bodies better than backgrounds, which usually means that any effort I take to draw a complete scene looks to have a very inconsistent style. There's none of that danger here.
Your selection of colors here is streamlined, coherent and good.

If I were a good learning artist, I'd spend a day drawing bicycles. Or feet. Or whatever. But I never really get to it. It's just, "How weird can I make THIS one?"
