Dots on the water is all you see. Lighten it up some. A tripod will get you sharp and your lights will look like starbursts.

I took a new version of this old shot on Saturday and can surely see the difference you were talking about [link]

Ha ha! That's true. David and I only have Aussie ones 'cos we've never been back to the mother land but my cousin and her hubby have dual passports - sure makes it easier for them at both ends. Amazes me that your exit stamps don't have to match your entry stamps though.
Thanks Azza. What flavour protein bar do you want? Chocolate Peanut, Vanilla Almond or Citrus Lemon?
The holiday was really good thanks. I've posted the first part of the story and photos at [link] after writing it today. More of that to come when I can.

I really like it all. Love the vanilla shake most but will often mix vanilla and the chocolate one for my evening meal during winter. I tell ya what - the normal 'dose' is 3 scoops of shake but one day I was going out so I used 4 scoops of shake and 1 scoop of protein powder. Had that at 10am and felt full until 5pm. For me to refuse the food that was being handed out around 2pm is quite something! ROFL
Ummm, almost 800 photos on the big camera and nearly 200 on the little one. You had to ask David probably took about 100 - 150 of the total though. So pleased you're enjoying the story. Page 2 is up there now; I uploaded it around midnight last night.

It's definitely great not to have to bother about food preparation or washing up - so free'ing! My Mum lives alone and has her 2 shakes a day, only having to prepare one meal a day and she loves it. And her increased energy has been noticed even by her village gardener, which amazed us both.
Oh wow, 1600 in an hour is incredible but I sure understand! I took about 1,000 in our week in Bali but there seemed more to photograph there for some reason. I think partly because our taxi driver told me to yell stop any time I wanted to take photos whereas this time we were in hired mini buses or 'short route taxis' so many things went whizzing past my window. It seemed odd that there was no mention of hiring a taxi or tuk tuk for a whole day like there is in Bali.
Page 3 of the story went up last night - all about my favourite trip of the holiday.

Whoops, this note was over the page, sorry about asking if you liked the flavours and I'm very glad to hear that you did. Yes, the sachet is 3 scoops of shake.
My favourite is definitely the vanilla and 2nd choice chocolate. For my evening meal* since it's been cold I've mostly been having 2 scoops of vanilla and 1 of chocolate so it's somewhat chocolatey but not full on. Full chocolate is a bit thicker than the vanilla and I love that when I'm in the mood for some comfort. I often add some cinnamon and nutmeg to my shakes and you can also use a blender and put a banana in there - you have no shortage of those, right? Don't blend for tooo long if you put a banana in as you can make them start to turn a tiny bit bitter.
*We have our main meal at lunch time because of David's shifts.
I can direct debit, credit card (either send me half the number and details by email and half by Note on here, or I can send you an invoice through PayPal and you can credit card (or PayPal if you have it) that. Whatever you choose. If you email/Note the details I store the name and last 4 digits separately to the rest of the numbers, and code them so nobody could ever put the 2 together again. I'll get the products to you direct from Adelaide via StarTrak Express and I'll post you a shaker maker, measuring scoop and some more bits and pieces from here - I can't order those in 1's from Adelaide to include in your main order but that's OK. Would you also like a tape measure? I have some nice long ones and will send you a record sheet so that you can record your measurements to see how you're going. This is exciting, I'm so happy to be helping you attain your goals
StarTrak won't leave the parcel without a signature so you may want to choose home or work for it to arrive at, just let me know. Thanks Azza
