We were to have gone to a Medieval Fayre on Saturday. Had made so many plans and looked forward to it for months. But the weather had other plans and threw heavy rain, strong winds and the threat of storms at us. It was an outdoor event So we got dressed up in our costumes anyway and enjoyed ourselves at home!

Here's my eldest granddaughter, Princess Georgia. I face painted some forehead jewellery on her and she wore her Rapunzel dress so she looked the part, ready to be rescued, with her sister, Princess Emma, by the brave knight, Sir Andrew, from the scary dragon.
