great composition, the positioning of the sailboat / birds / tower relative to one another is impeccable, i really like it
also good use of negative space, the contrast and bleak appearance really captures a lot of emotion. the near lack of color adds to the dreary feel giving the impression of a ghost town, even though it's kind of silly to make an assumption like that from so far away
