aww... Ive always liked snakes but never had em as pets... there fangs frighten my mother ^.^

Yea I did research on that a while back and it seems to be a big controversy ^.^ Some say they have fangs, some say they don't..The only thing I don't like about them is that sudden striking motion they make Reminds me of jump out scenes in horror movies But I still love em. Mom says not only do they bite, but they cost alot to up keep...I have a 30 gal but it has fish in it... and an empty 10 gal which isnt big enough for a full grown corn...plus the heating lamps and food and vet. Plus she thinks its improper for a girl to like snakes ><

they're pretty pricey, and much better off in vivariums which aren't cheap either! Not sure on the improper for girls to like snakes but the vets and food ad everything does get pricey!
