I just got back into nostalgia. Call this some kind of a "vent art" in a way.
Zidane Tribal is the main character from Final Fantasy 9, and I have to admit he's my childhood crush years ago. Call me a crybaby, but as I was working on this, I got tad emotional that I wanted to cry while listening to "Melodies of Life" (English version), the game's theme song. Yes, I love Kuja and is probably one of my most favourite characters ever, but Zidane was the first character I ever really got attached to in the game. It just really kind of takes me back to how much I loved this guy. Now I remember how much I was overjoyed when I heard he was in Dissidia...

but lol, I played it as a kid, and that knight dude... forgot his name... when he was like "IM NOT (lol forgot the nickname, too xD rusty? bucket of bolts, something like that xD), IM ____" I gave him the silly nickname xDD *shot*

Never got very far in that game... got cravings to play it after it was gone D:

He also inspired an UTAUloid I was gonna make but never did xD

Yep, I loved FF7 and 8, but when I saw 9, I REALLY fell in love with it. Gah! You were gonna make one! That would be awesome~ :'D

No, I worded it wrong xD I meant that if we still had FF9, I wouldn't have played FF7 so much because of Zidane's awesomeness xDD and lol FF 8 ish cool~ *FF card game FTW!*
Ohh~ My computer crashed after I finally got the UTAU patch to work, but I've just about got enough saved up for a new compy :3 So as soon as I get it, I'mma make a voice bank! xD
Actually thought about just using Audacity to make him, thou, because I could just sing into that, lower the pitch (so it'll sound like a dude xD), and there's even this tutorial I found on YouTube to make Audacity sound like a Vocaloid... If I did that, I'd call Zak an Audaciloid! : D *LOL*
I did make a short song for him to go on a flipnote, thou. (FlipNote Stuido, a DSi game) but its... my singing is terrible xD and I had to record it on the DSi's Sound program so I could lower the pitch, so I had to sing it really fast xD and it's quiet... I had the keyboard playing a beat, but you can only barely hear it if you're in a quiet room, lol. I may have to try again later.
If I ever submit it to Hatena, would you like to see? :3 (keeping in mind I'm not exactly a good singer xD)

All FF's are awesome in my opinion, but I guess FF9 just really caught onto me as a child back then... all the characters were just too cute, and all the worlds and castles were so pretty! >w<

Yep, I did! I just used a different brush to colour it so that it looks like it has that paint effect. XD

Thank you very much! Hmmmm... I used the same old Photoshop I always do with my other drawings, I just tried to change the outline and colouring style with another brush.
