Description I tried making a book to resemble those old books from the movies or stories...don't know will everyone get what I mean by this, but hopefully most of you will.

Anyhow, it's 1.5 cm or 0.59 inch high (lately, someone criticized me for not giving size in inches too, so from now on, I will).

It contains 16 blank, Earl Grey tea dyed pages and is covered in leather. Stone is a mix of plastic and PVA (mixing process for this is my own invention ) and the gilding is done in my old way too.

Intentionally, leather looks rough (as used for many ages), but it resulted with incapability to photograph it without a "shine" on main photo. I gave up after some twenty tries and this is the best I could, for now. Hope you can see how it really looks from smaller photos.

All in all, hope you like it

Wow, this one is so much more detailed than your other tiny magic book! It actually looks riveted together... and I very much like the stone.

Mayhaps you mean the mystical ones sitting on the shelves (maybe a bit dusty) that lend a certain mystical aire to the atmosphere of said room in the story/movie?

When I saw this I automatically thought of a wizard's library, and the spell book which he guards with his life, keeping his secrets from the other wizards and witches around him.

Precisely what I meant ^^ Actually, this was partially inspired by Pratchett's Unseen University library...I'm actually thinking about making "Octavo" soon too (some sketches on the way, but deadlines for some drawings killing me, so it's on hold ).

gosh.. someday you have to teach me how you do this tinny things!

once, when I was like 10 years old and I liked to play with barbies, I did an entire set of McDonald's things. I even did the happy box (not sure if that name is the same in english) with a toy inside! All those things was for my barbie, so they didn't have more than 1 cm.

Sure, if you want to ask anything about making those, just note me, I love to help ^^
And to what you said about tiny McDonald's...way cool ^^
