The whole picture has a blurry water look to it, especially around the face, and I'm really lovin' it actually ;u; ~ The lines are looking very much like brush strokes to me and I really love the flare, style, and look the lines are bringing to it! And the way the lines look on the side hair and the eyes, yes yes, I love that so much~ The coloring is filled with purple, light blue, and red! I would've never tried red on white coloring, but you blended them in so well together! The really bring out the style and feeling in this picture! It's just so smooth~ I could go on and on about the way you color, I just really love it a lot gklhsgjhjk
The posing is very fluid and nice too! Especially the movement in that tail! Aw ye, the movement is about as smooth as the movement of the water that surrounds her, like a wave, oh man oh man so good uvu ~
This is such a beautiful picture and I love it so much! The style, and the coloring reeeeally stand out here and add so much to it! Gotta say you also have a wonderful taste on backgrounds for your pictures too! They always give it that extra touch~

I've always admired your coloring abilities...they really added allot to your great line-arts.
What method do you use to color? 
I myself have always used a mouse...but I've been told a tablet makes things easier.

I do use a tablet but I am a prone mouse user myself since I had to use one for so long XD
It can be easier to use, but that is honestly up to the artist themselves. Some think mouse is easier than tablet. Whichever works best in your favor!
