Need I say more on what this is... Aurora and Maleficent. Maleficent is one of the best Disney baddies and this pic is proof since she's just so divine and evil.

Indeed - IMO both her and Ursula had the most personality of any Disney villain.

Speaking of Ursula, the only reason why she had the villain role in the first place was cause Disney needed a villain for their film. In the original novel, she was a supporting character but I do have to agree on that fact both Maleficent and Ursula have a lot of personality as villains.
My favorite will always be Maleficent. Such a devious foe.
