I know, I know.. I made a journal two weeks ago with promise of posting pictures of icecream experiments... I ate my experiments before taking pictures. This time, I made sure to take a picture
Strawberry is my ultimate-most-favorite fruit and I love ice cream so much that I might close to admitting that I need an intervention.
I made this batch yesterday thinking it was going to be the best thing ever! It's really creamy, it has loads of strawberries and I added a hint of nutella. It might be too rich for some palates but to me it just means that one scoop is enough (which is great news after all the holiday food that I ate).

Nice shot.
It is so difficult to shoot food that you're just about to eat...because you're hungry and you know it's either getting cold, or in this case...melting.

I don't like strawberry ice cream either.. I can't stand strawberry extract or whatever they put in it that is supposed to taste like strawberries but really doesn't.
