Alice... ooooh boy, I've got a few words to say about her. Yes, I do find her a little unnerving, and I would without hesitation address her as "that sadist" if I noticed her lurking around a street corner.
What really drives me crazy about Alice is not her attitude, but her armament. That sword-whip she uses doesn't look powerful enough to cause anything worse than a painful paper cut. I know she's a spellcaster and can afford to carry around a flashy weapon, but that goes a little too far, like the bonus weapons from Luin in the first game (the deck brush was best staff in the game!). Oh, well, she's a sadist so it does make sense with her, in a twisted way.
