I'm pleasantly surprised at how this turned out. I didn't really have a direction for this one at first. I knew that i wanted to do stars on a dark dress, but everything else was more done on a whim. Half way through, I really didn't like it, but it just goes to show how pushing through (and even trying something you hadn't thought of doing) can bring a good result. I honestly think it's the background tha tbrings the whole things together; I initially only had it half way down, and it was so off balanced. Then adding the detail on the ruffles made that part eye-catching, too.
