When I got started over five yers ago I did a lot of research and trial and error. cosplay.com has excellent tutorials in their forums. The one thing that can be iffy is asking a designer how they did it. Sometimes they are fine with sharing and other times no.

You were a bit rude. Unless you make accessory items/props yourself and understand the work that goes into to them don't tell others that what they make is "easy LOL". I welcome criticism but I'd like it to be constructive criticism and it pertain to the work that is being commented on. When I checked the comments you have left for the works of some of the others you faved you were also a bit rude at times, too. So, your comments on my work got hidden because they were not pertaining to the work nor were they constructive.
It's one thing to leave something rude in a comment section; it's another to do so for someone you've faved.
