No time to analyze because I forgot to get to it, like last round, so I'll just drop off who I think might win, with a quick sentence.
I say patty for this. Similar fighting styles, both needing strength, reach, and power. Most of which, Patty seems to have, Jane's main hope is for some dirty fighting.

It just occurred to me that both Jayne Rayne and Patty are heels. Way back in 1986 on national TV, the WWF's Saturday Night's Main Event experimented with this very idea of heel vs. heel to see just how well it would pan out. It worked swimmingly and the viewers ate that one up. That bout was Randy "Macho Man" Savage vs. Jake "The Snake" Roberts. A very memorable encounter...
Jayne and Patty... here's a bout where villains must win over the crowd with their heel-ish ways! ^^

We can only hope that Jane has some dirty tactics up her sleeve, because if this thing becomes a straight up confrontational fight, she doesn't really stand much of a chance against that juggernaut of a human being. XD

This might be a tough go for Jayne. Similar styles means no real advantage and Patty brings streetfighting to the mix as well. Throw in the size difference and as Jim Ross used to say, a good ol' big one will beat a good ol' little one every time. Now I don't know about EVERY time, but I think in this case these reasons push Patty to the semi's of this bracket!

Jayne Rayne's 2nd chance, thanks to Barbara bowing out of the tournament after defeating her in a close match. Pro wrestling's classic smaller vs. SIZE battle shows up here, and in many of these watched over the years, bouts like this can end in many different ways. Patty is indeed YUGE, and she's got quite the power and weight advantage over Jayne (148lbs!), but those have been overcome many times, many ways by the smaller wrestler in pro wrestling history.
Once Patty gets a hold of Jayne, she'll want to bearhug her into fiddlesticks and blow all the air out of the smaller girl's body, then plant her into the ring as part of next spring's rose garden. Jayne, while smaller, will need to use the agility advantage and use Patty's own weight against her with moves to take out her vertical base. Quick strikes, drop kicks, drop toe-holds, knee drops onto the ankle/knee, chopblocks. OH... and eye pokes. Rowdy Roddy Piper eye pokes. ^^ ANYTHING to make it next to impossible for Patty to stand up effectively can earn the smaller Rayne a trip to round 3. We're not talking Hogan/Andre here; rather a Big Show/Orton, Awesome Kong/Gail Kim.
Actually, Awesome Kong vs. Gail Kim's a great comparison here, as both have defeated the other. ^^ Giving props to both girls here, but man does Jayne look good... XD Best fighting to you both! I'm still a sucker for the smaller girl prevailing, though I'll remain neutral in commentary and let the die be cast in fortune's favour.

This is going to be a tough fight. Both have wrestling skills, but Patty is a streetfighter as well. I do not really see a chance for Jane here. She gives a head on Patty in height, and is only half of her weight. If this was strictly wrestling I would give Jane a fair chance, but even if she got hold on Patty, the big girl will just punch Jane´s lights out.
End of story.
My prediction: KO victory for for Patty, second round at latest.

Well, once again, Patty has the advantage in almost every category. This time, however, she is facing a pro wrestler. Patty really just needs to catch Jane andsqueeze her and never let go. Don't let her escape, muscle her to the ground and pound her into oblivion.
Baby Jane DOES have pro wrestling experience too. If she was facing someone a little smaller, she could probably match Patty move for move. What she will need to do is used things to try and take Patty off her game. Drop toe holds drop kicks. Things that are low risk but can still chip away at Patty. I'm not sure if this match will have a count or not, but Jane IS big enough that she might have a little wiggle room. If she could learn from the last round, then she might have the tools to win, but she will need another perfect match to beat Patty.
I also realized that you gave Jane like, a super booty ;D
