Ah, that one was done with a wacom cintiq, though those may be a bit expensive (I loaned one from the school)
Wacom intuos are a good one as well!Β
Used photoshop (also provided by the school) Paint tool SAI is a good program as well, I've heard.Β

do any of these programs glitch out like firealpaca?

Never used firealpaca, but they don't tend to glitch. Sometimes photoshop becomes unresponsive but that's why saving your work regularly is important~
Also photoshop doesn't work really well on older devices cause it takes a long time to load everything

ayyyyy, the girliest eeveelutions are also arguable the most lethal, who would have thought. i have some things to say about this, so let's get into it *cracks knuckles*
i know it's a bit old, and your style has evolved, but i really like the neon colours here, it makes the characters stand out and the colour choices don't clash, it looks good! you also managed to make their anatomy work to stand on two legs and hold very mudrerous weapons without opposable thumbs AND without making them anthros. i can't say i've seen that too often tbh
something i wanna talk about here is the shading. it's undeniably messy, but i've seen enough of your art to know it's a stylistic choice, but there's something bizarre here that took me a while to get used to. because of the background, for a moment i thought sylveon and glaceon were transparent, and that the background was visible through them, while instead it's just their shading. it's especially vivible in glaceon, since you used lots of purples and blues for the shading which, coincidentally, are also the main colours of the background. i'm not sure what to make of that, you might just wanna be careful not to blend characters and background too much.
speaking of background, i'm not entirely sure what it's supposed to be, but among all the lines, i think the dark blue thin ones look a bit distracting. maybe it's because the other ones are thicker and/or slightly blurry, these ones stand out more, but they kinda clash with the purple behind them.
so, um, yeah, not much to say really, this is pretty fabulous :'D oh, and team sylveon all the way, i've recently used one in moon for the first time, and boi does it kick ass
