This is a remarkable drawing.  I  find it both striking and memorable.  I love the symmetry of the poses and expressions between the two subjects You have achieved a fine compositional balance between the boy and the cat, as well as used a combination of textures and light/dark to create an overall effect that is most satisfying

I'm very impressed by the way your drew the boy's skin and the cat's fur--there is a definite impression of softness and pliancy contrasting against the rough wood texture.  The way you've depicted the boy's eyes is particularly nice.  They appear so pellucid and mesmerised.

The curiosity radiating from both of their faces is just beautiful   You can't help but wonder what it is that has their rapt attention!

Overall, you did a really great job with this piece. Very nice work!
