Read it please, people. You don't have to comment on the picture, maybe it would be even better if you don't. But I want you to understand it.

I was trying to draw her. I tried and tried and tried. But damn it didn't turn out right, not even because I totally fail at drawing real animals, but those pictures were just... pictures of a cat, not of HER. So I gave up and did something I talked about once, I'm not sure with who anymore - I made a gijinka of my daughter, of Gaara...

...and that was it.

Because when I think of her, what first comes to me (aside from all those weird positions she slept in) was the moment when I want to go upstairs and there I see Gaara, speeding down the staircase with my stocking, a long black stocking in her teeth... and all those moments when we would find that the cake we left on a kitchen table has been heavily decreased in quantity with Gaara hurriedly retreating form the kitchen as we walk in, or all the times when she would steal entire big parts of meat from the plates if you only let your guard down for a second....

I tried to make some sad picture of goodbye but it just... didn't fit her. Not to mention she'd most probably lose all the rests of respect towards me as her mother and a person if I let her be memorised in this way. She was in her prime and this is how it should be, this is what should be in my memory, in my heart - that silly rouge running after our dog, jumping on the cushions as if she went completely insane, stealing food, scratching me, snuggling with me, this lively stupid cat, that daughter of mine...

I have just came back from burying her. May the Goddess watch over her and take her to her heart....

I'll never forget you, you thief bitch... I love you.
