when you use orthographic lighting to draw with shadows, you have to pay attention to the direction of light. The more consistent the better. And the less contradiction, the better. Here the collar bones should be defined by shadows in the caves underneath them, not by the lines of the upper edges. Also, the skulls on the necklace need spots of cast shadow.

Basically this is lit from the top left, so it would help to lay in your rendering lines from that direction, instead of going down from the right.
