Description
The Ceffyl Dŵr is the Welsh version of the Kelpie (Water horse). Unlike the Kelpie, the Ceffyl Dŵr can fly, it is known to lure lone travellers to ride on it's back, it will then take to the air and fly quite high. It will then turn into a mist and the rider will fall to their death.

They were known to frequent waterfalls, lakes and deep pools, also the coastal sea's They may have sharp teeth, and red glowing eyes.
