Up on the twentieth floor, the black division agents worked in Control. One of the main tasks was to keep an eye on everything through the security cameras and give advice, warnings and instructions to the various agents in the various areas of the casino and the hotel, organizing and coordinating any necessary actions.
Their other tasks involve interrogating, persuading and/or conditioning "special guests" on the floors above and "softening" those for Madam Chen's personal attention.
The rest areas for these agents were located here and there were always at least three on standby for rapid intervention if any situation arose.
