Okay. You have a point. Megavolt is more of a 'slapstick' kind of villain, but that image of Mok from the 'Rock & Rule' movie poster kinda reminded me of Megavolt. However, I will agree that Mok, as a villain, is far more menacing, far more charismatic, and far more calculating than Megavolt could ever hope to be. I was young when I made this.

I understand the similarities and what you're going with here, but Megavolt as Mok? I know there are no real Big Bads in the Goofy Movie series old enough to play the role, but Megavolt just isn't that menacing. we're talking about a villain from the slapstick Disney afternoon era (Darkwing Duck, Bonkers, and Goof Troop). Meanwhile, then teen-version of Max and people in his age group are part of the more mature teen-ish transition of from Goof Troop.
In other words, Megavolt is just immature and silly compared to these teens, while the real Mok is the most menacing character in the film. Kind of like a generic cartoonish super-villain from an early childhood, trying to be a major Big Bad to a bunch of angst teen who are dealing with much more serious issues. Like Dick Dastardly meets Degrassi.
