Great pic!
Only one thing which is annoying me and that is, I had too look very closely at what was coming out of her mouth.
The focal point is the nose, mouth and butterflies.
My suggestion would be to make 3 of the butterflies look real.
You could do this by taking three of the nearest butterflies out, place them in a png file, emboss and shadow them.
Make sure you have the shadows coming from the right direction
ie from where the light is coming from.

I have to say i love this concept. The first thing i have to point out is that the model's left shoulder looks a little transparent. The second is that the moths look a little too bunched together mainly speaking for the very small ones because you can't really tell what they are. It kind of makes the smaller ones look like the moths exploded in to pieces. The third is that i do like that the model's head is blended but i wouldn't have made the top where her hair is transparent unless you were going for a fading into the way kind of look. Remember you are the artist if you like the way this piece is as a whole don't change it these are mere suggestions

Critique for
I love this piece. The line created by the angle of the background coupled with the line of the chin and the moths, creates such a strong diagonal. The lighting draws the viewer's eyes directly to the model. I really like the color scheme as it give a distinctly horrific feel to the piece. On an emotional level, it evokes strong feelings of pain and sorrow and definitely shows a tortured soul. The different elements have been merged together seamlessly. My only suggestion would be to make a few of the moths bigger, or make the moths coming from her mouth in a longer line so that it seems like they are moving toward the viewer. This could give another line for the eye to follow to bring the viewer to the face of the model.
Overall though, it is a lovely piece and is definitely creative and an attention grabber!
