In some way I cannot describe at the moment, this is very...deep.
I think I see some symbolism in the picture, too.
The grey balloons represent the joy of childhood which has faded away.
The dress represents an innocent soul.
And the background generally represents the world that has nothing left to show the person who can't fade away with everything else.
