My OC Dragon Luigi... again. Only this time, with info!Name: Luigi
Dragon Type: Blood/Dark
Powers:
-Can paralyze anyone/anything by licking them while in his half-dragon form
-Has incredible strength
-Can rip apart almost anything with his claws and teeth while in his half-dragon form
-Can levitate/choke anyone/anything with telekinetic power
-Can suck blood like a vampire while in his half-dragon form
-Can burn you with the fire/dark energy that forms in his palms while in his half-dragon form. The power of the burn depends on the fire level:
Red=Weak (First degree burns)
Purple=Medium (Second degree burns)
Green=Strong (Third degree burns)
Transformation: Blood dragons transform into their half-dragon form if they see even the tiniest drop of blood or if they feel a lot of rage building up inside. They can be temporarily turned back by being hugged voluntarily.

Shoulda brought my transformation amulets. Oh, wait. They're in my backpack. -.-' -Puts one on and turns into a hawk.- OH COME ON! -Takes the amulet off, and turns back to normaal.- Gotta find that amulet.. -Digs one out and puts it on, turning into a Black Dragon.- Eh, was looking for my Fire Dragon one, but whatever.
