Ah, and the frame... less is more, I'd say; so it would be more elegant without the green strip, I guess.

Aargh, so much potential here... The composition is good, but the skies are washed out (I'd normally use a polariser filter as I can see the traces of some clouds to be brought out nicely. Or perhaps an ND filter.) and there is little you could do about it. 
You might also want to try a few tweaks. One would be to play with curves to bring out to colours a bit more and see if there's any detail to be extracted from the skies as well. Secondly, you might ditch the colours altogether and turn it into B&W with some added contrast. At least, hopefully, this will be a fun exercise.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, it isn't. I wish I could take photos like yours when I was 16, for god's sake!

300V? That's even better! If you must carry a single filter with you all the time, it's a circular polariser. And I'd recommend trying out slide film, the colours are absolutely stunning! Don't change the camera as yet, it's good enough for what you do. I know the temptation, I've been there, hell, I'm still there; but the best way is to buy new equipment because you feel the need for it, not because you just want it.

lol, I agree, but I can't afford on going to the shop all the time to leave my films...
I begged to my father for a CANON EOS 20D I know that it's just crazy, but if it's to buy something it's better to be something good... this way next year I won't be begging for another and next and the year after that....

When was the last time you checked the prices on a 20D?! I did it last week and it was enough to get me depressed. Surely film processing can't be that expensive.

I was to ask for 10D or even the 350D but the quality/cost relation isn't the best, and the diference to one another isn't that much, so...
