Does her job well but can get a little bit too into it at times.

Likes potato chips.
Augh. When I was drawing her, I couldn't get the purple hair out of my head. I tried to color it at least three other colors and it just didn't look right. So, she has purple hair. Not to be confused with her rank. She is Rank Red.
And I'm sorry that it's a little sloppy. I'm not good with black clothing and white lines. I think it came out okay though. She looks nice. The hat was a bitch. She wears it all the way back like that because I can't draw it otherwise and I really like her bangs~.

Well, I'm not counting on winning, but it would be sort of neat, I think. I just wanted to draw a Collector~. Any character with sharp teeth has my heart, lol.
