AH. LOVE. I drew this for ap art class and got a kind of poopy grade (ok ok it was a b) on it because of too much white space.Oh well. I still love it.
And yes, the blood is supposed to be weird and unrealistic. I wasn't trying to make it look like it was spurting out, the blood spurting out is moreso dancing than spurting.
And boy, do I love antlers.

Your art teacher is full of shit, you rock the negative space. If you put anything else in there it would have taken away from the main subject and it would have ruined the piece.
