Since Cartoon Network never officially had a mascot unlike Warner Bros. having Bugs Bunny,Disney having Mickey Mouse,Nintendo having Mario,and Nickelodeen having SpongeBob SquarePants. I feel like the closest thing Cartoon Network ever got to having a mascot was the host of Cartoon Network's 1993 obscure anthology cartoon series that combined showings of classic cartoons with 3D skits featuring a CG dog named Moxy and his pal,Flea. So I think Moxy was CN's closest chance to having a mascot(along with Space Ghost,Brak,Zorak,Cheese from FHFIF and Fred Fredburger from Billy & Mandy(through the latter two were mixed among fans of both CN and Billy and Mandy) and despite the series being considered lost media,Cartoon Network still acknowledged the series and featured Moxy in a cameo in the Crossover Nexus special of OK KO!

So,here is a pic of Bugs Bunny(wearing a WB cap)bringing Moxy out of obscurity hell after researching and finding out where he is in the Cartoon Network City world.
