Yeah SORRY guys ALL these Pokemon but 1 are un-evolved....
sorry but MOST Starter Pokemon I prefer un-evolved ESPECIALLY when it comes to the Water Starters....Yeah I realize that MANY people dislike this but I just see it as a challenge when I battle through the game with un-evolved Pokemon 
Congrats Vaporeon for being the ONLY Fully Evolved PokemonEnjoy guys
