Hello there. Looks like you wanted some suggestions for this image. I hope I can help you, since it looks like you put in some good time into this.
Vision: Despite the fact I couldn't find what contest this was in for the club, I know that is related to the relationship between the two characters. They seem pretty laid back and causal in their mood which is absolutely fine, but the next time you draw these two together you can push the storytelling even further by giving them more expressive interactions.
Here's some good photo references I found on the internet. Use them to help give you more inspiration and insight:

This is a link to the International Wolf center's live wolf Cams. This also might help with getting more ideas. Who knows what spontaneous moments you'll catch on camera.
Originality: I'm not sure what to say about originality since I tend to see a lot of fantasy wolf art that looks similar to your current style. What you could do is try to push out of the familiar and practice drawing from animal anatomy books. Animal Anatomy for Artists This is a great book to learn from.
Technique: On a related note, I see that you were having a bit of trouble with the eyes of one of the characters. This makes it even more top priority for you to practice and learn from an anatomy book.
Your line work and shading is okay, but if you want the image to look more three dimensional and interesting here's some tips:
Use atmospheric perspective. In all of your images there's a foreground, middle ground, and background. The foreground is the closest to the viewer. Things that are closest to you are the largest, have the most detail, overlap in front of everything else, and is darkest with the highest contrast/detail in the lighting. Everything in the middle ground is...well....the middle. Everything in the middle ground is farther away, has a medium amount of detail, overlaps the background, and is fainter than than the foreground with less contrast between lighting. The background(you guessed it) is the faintest, lightest, most far away, and has the least details.
You should also apply this concept to the line work. The closer the object is, the heavier the lines and more detail it will have. The farther away it is, the thinner and less detailed the line work will be.
Here's a few more examples to give you an idea of how atmospheric perspective works:
One by Andrew Diec
One by McLean Kendree
Impact: I'm somewhat neutral on the impact of this piece. The flowery motifs in the background add a nice touch to the image, but it is somewhat distracts me from the characters. It might be because of it's placement next to the feet. I think what could have worked better is using one of the motifs as an entire background. The one one the upper left hand corner can work great as a background without clashing too much with the wolves coat coloring.
Over all, you did a good job. Practice from anatomy books and practice atmospheric perspective and your art will progress immensely.
Please let me know if the links don't work and I'll resend them to you.
